Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Salarsystems Fish Production Planning application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Salarsystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Salarsystems harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination
